Reel corporativo de logros
This corporate reel, developed in mid-2017 during the last months of my role as COO in the company, showcases significant achievements under my wings, both in the video game and digital projects development studio, as well as the second business unit called EVA (Professional Video Games and Animation School), where I also was an Instructor of Game Business and Game Design + Narrative.
When I joined in 2013, the team consisted of only 3 people (the CEO/Software Engineer and 2 team members, both 3D Generalists). Through joint efforts with the CEO and thanks to my strategies and leadership, we positioned both business units successfully. We managed to grow to nearly 30 team members, acquired thematic offices in the best part of the city, and extended the image and achievements of both companies.
